Karan Singh Bindra is an Advocate practicing in India and also he is the Founder and Partner at KIAA,LLP which is one of the youngest law firm in India with a very unusual name which has the full form of KNOWLEDGE INFORMATION ACESS ASSOCIATES.
Bindra Graduated with the Bachelors of Law and then later on he went to U.S. for his specialization in International Business and Environmental Law after that he went to Switzerland for his Dual Masters from University of Berne in Economics and Intl. Law.
On coming back to India he went to the various law firms looking for a job in a good decent law firm however he had to face the reality of the Indian Legal Market though somehow he managed to get a job in one of the law firms in New Delhi but It was noticed that in India most of the law firms are dominated by family run law firms only and there is very little space for a young lawyers to practice on their own until and unless he/she doesn’t come from a law based background.
So on that very moment he quieted the Job and thought to start on his own law firm where the main focus will on improvement in the Legal practices in Ethical manner. He always wants to start a professional-oriented law firm as family run law firms always dominate the market.
At the early stage it was very hard and difficult to build clients, Initially they were told by the people that they are new and did not have enough exposure and knowledge But Bindra says all you need to have a good willpower to start any new venture It doesn’t matter how much experience you have or not it is always based on your self determination if you have taken a decision to do and achieve something and you have strong determination towards that goal then no one can stop you to achieve that heights of success.
Today Mr. Bindra has clients in USA, Hong Kong, Malaysia and even too in Pakistan he is advising various companies on legal matters.
Mr. Bindra follows Sikhism since childhood and he always believe in one of the Qutes which is written in Guru Granth Sahib Ji
