Parvinder established Eternal Taal in 1999, a leading Bhangra entertainments team. With a love for music since childhood, Parv made the big step in 1999 (at a time when the Bhangra industry was very male dominated), and became the only female Dhol drummer to be performing on the biggest stages in the UK. She expanded her passion and started to the teach students all over Birmingham who are now known as Eternal Taal.

Eternal Taal was established in 1999, originated from West Bromwich, Birmingham.  Eternal Taal are an Entertainments team consisting of professionally trained female Bhangra Dhol Drummers, Dancers that perform at many social, cultural and charity events across the UK and abroad.  Eternal Taal is the first group in the UK to be taught by a female drummer, Parv Kaur.  The group consists of 30 students male and female and is continually growing.  Dhol playing is a very male dominated instrument but Parv wanted to establish a Female oriented group dressed in traditional Bhangra uniforms performing at high profile events such as

Eternal Taal have been recognised globally and in 2010 Parv Kaur (Manager/Founder) was awarded the ‘Contribution of Bhangra music in the UK’ from the House of Commons.  Our Team Eternal Taal was also nominated for the ‘Young Entrepreneur of the year’ by the Institute of Asian Businesses (IAB) awards 2012, the ‘Best in Arts & Culture’ by the Asian Women of Achievement Awards 2013 and British Indian Awards 2013.
